ALMOND, PEAR AND TAHINI PORRIDGE
INGREDIENTS Serves 2
- 10g flaked almonds
- 1 conference pear
- 2 tsp tahini
- 100ml water
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- 60g high-fibre porridge oats
DIRECTIONS
PREPARATION
Lightly toast the flaked almonds. Thinly slice the conference pear.
METHOD
- Put the oats, milk and water in a pan. Cook over a medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring gently, until thick and creamy.
- Divide between two bowls. Drizzle with the tahini and top with the pear and almonds.
- Tip: for extra flavour, lightly toast your oats in the pan on a low heat until they start to become fragrant.
