INGREDIENTS Serves 2

  • 10g flaked almonds
  • 1 conference pear
  • 2 tsp tahini
  • 100ml water
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 60g high-fibre porridge oats

DIRECTIONS

PREPARATION

Lightly toast the flaked almonds. Thinly slice the conference pear.

METHOD

  1. Put the oats, milk and water in a pan. Cook over a medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring gently, until thick and creamy.
  2. Divide between two bowls. Drizzle with the tahini and top with the pear and almonds.
  3. Tip: for extra flavour, lightly toast your oats in the pan on a low heat until they start to become fragrant.
