ULTIMATE HOT CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTS Serves 1
- Marshmallows
- dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp double cream
- Whisky (optional)
- 30g Ecuadorian milk chocolate buttons
- 200ml full-fat milk
DIRECTIONS
PREPARATION
Whip the double cream into soft peaks.
METHOD
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan, stirring, until it almost comes to the boil and feels hot to the touch.
- Add the chocolate buttons, remove from the heat and stir until the chocolate has melted. Add a dash of whisky, if you like.
- Pour into a mug, then finish with the whipped cream, chocolate shavings and marshmallows.
