INGREDIENTS Serves 1

  • Marshmallows
  • dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp double cream
  • Whisky (optional)
  • 30g Ecuadorian milk chocolate buttons
  • 200ml full-fat milk

DIRECTIONS

PREPARATION

Whip the double cream into soft peaks.

METHOD

  1. Heat the milk in a small saucepan, stirring, until it almost comes to the boil and feels hot to the touch.
  2. Add the chocolate buttons, remove from the heat and stir until the chocolate has melted. Add a dash of whisky, if you like.
  3. Pour into a mug, then finish with the whipped cream, chocolate shavings and marshmallows.
